We're seeking a seasoned ESG professional to lead our global environmental and social impact initiatives. As the Head of Environmental & Social Impact, you'll oversee our ESG strategy, partnerships, and communication, driving genuine social outcomes and fostering a welcoming and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ESG strategy and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Oversee the development of our 2024 ESG report, ensuring compliance with Mandatory Climate Reporting legislation
  • Manage science-based targets to achieve emissions reduction pathways
  • Implement Diversity, Equity & Inclusion workplans, including Iress Connected initiatives
  • Progress the Reconciliation Action Plan (Reflect) and working group
  • Assess and advise on material ESG risks and opportunities
  • Maintain current knowledge of environmental and social laws and regulations
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience in ESG strategy development, management, and driving
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualification in ESG, social impact, economics, or communications
  • Understanding of ESG ratings agencies, reporting frameworks, and listed company practices
