Key Responsibilities- Improve mental healthcare services through strategic contributions.
- Drive innovation and excellence in mental health education, fostering a collaborative culture that ensures contemporary, inclusive, sustainable, and responsive education programs.
- Develop and implement the Fellowship Program, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards set by the Australian and New Zealand Medical Councils.
The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) is the professional body responsible for training, educating, and representing psychiatrists in Australia and New Zealand. Governed by a Board of Directors, RANZCP operates with a dedicated team and numerous committees, maintaining strong relationships with governments and key stakeholders across both countries.
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience working within large education or training organisations. You should have demonstrable experience in governance, accreditation, and change management, as well as a strong understanding of postgraduate assessment processes and the regulatory frameworks shaping professional education.
