We are seeking a skilled professional to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our mobile plant equipment, managing its daily maintenance and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate mobile plant equipment safely and efficiently.
- Manage the operation of the crushing plant with precision.
- Perform basic maintenance and maintain plant cleanliness.
- Engage in problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in safety initiatives, including pre-start checks and incident reporting.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience with mobile plant operation is essential.
- A valid HR truck license is advantageous but not required.
- Self-motivation with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
- The ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday.
