The Medical Educator PEP Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training programs for general practitioners. This includes:
  • Developing and delivering education and training content aligned with the College's standards and guidelines.
  • Coordinating and facilitating workshops, seminars, and other educational events.
  • Providing feedback and coaching to participants to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Remediation and Support
The successful candidate will also provide remediation and support services to general practitioners, including:
  • Assessing and addressing areas of concern or weakness.
  • Developing and implementing individualized learning plans.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful completion of the PEP Specialist training program.
