Physiotherapist Role - Community Rehabilitation Specialist

The successful candidate will deliver rehabilitation services to patients in their homes, focusing on short-term recovery and optimal outcomes. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the patient's journey towards independence.

About the Position
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated physiotherapist to join our team, delivering high-quality evidence-based services across various community programs.
  • Effective communication with healthcare professionals, including nursing, medical, and Allied Health staff, is essential for assessing and reporting treatment outcomes.
  • A strong ability to organize and implement in-service training sessions is required, as well as guiding administrative tasks and workload prioritization.
Your Key Responsibilities

This position requires recent experience in physiotherapy management in an acute or subacute health care setting, along with current registration with AHPRA, a valid driver's license, and access to a reliable vehicle.

Key Qualifications
