As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients with severe mental health conditions by delivering direct treatment and coordinating their care effectively. You will collaborate with the Clinical Lead and Operations Manager to provide essential services throughout the Country to Coast Queensland (CCQ) region.

Your responsibilities will include:
