About the Role

We are seeking experienced Auto Electricians for the Bowen Basin at our Saraji and Goonyella deployments. Rosters may vary depending on site, with options including 7/7 day/night and 7/7 days only.

As a key member of our team, you will demonstrate a strong focus on safety and perform a range of duties, including:

• Scheduled and breakdown maintenance of heavy mobile equipment, including trucks, dozers, drills, and excavators
• Conducting preventative maintenance inspections and identifying and rectifying faults
• Initiating updates to work procedures to ensure they are accurate and relevant to equipment
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

About You

• Auto Electrician Trade (Australian recognized)
• A strong background as an Auto Electrician working ideally with Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Liebherr
• Experience with Terex O&K/Caterpillar & Hitachi Excavators/Caterpillar Dozers/Sandvik Drills will be highly regarded
• Previous experience within mining is preferred
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems, including SAP and CAT SIS
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
