We are seeking an experienced and skilled Care Manager to join our dynamic clinical team at our Alcheringa home in Swan Hill, Victoria. As a valued member of our team, you will be pivotal in delivering safe, competent, and contemporary clinical care to our residents.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in residential aged care, with a strong background in clinical leadership and management. They will be responsible for planning, allocating, and delegating duties, as well as facilitating the delivery of care according to documented policies and procedures.
The Care Manager will contribute to the effective administration of human, material, and fiscal resource management, while achieving best practice clinical standards. They will also provide strong leadership in a resident-focused care environment, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the needs of residents
- Supervising and supporting registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and personal carers
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and codes of practice
- Managing budgets and resources to achieve optimal outcomes

- Minimum 3 years experience in residential aged care
