**What will you do?**

As an Associate Director, FI Sales, Markets, you will be responsible for driving growth in the Financial Institutions, Markets segment in Australia. This will involve managing a portfolio of Funding and Middle Markets clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships to expand our presence in the market.

Key responsibilities include achieving revenue and funding targets, building strong relationships with clients, and implementing process improvements that enhance the customer experience. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of delivering results in a similar position, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Achieve revenue target and funding target for Funding and Middle Markets team.
  • Be responsible for end-to-end trade life cycle management, including pricing, credit checking, deal input, end of day checks/settlement for deposits.
  • Manage portfolio of clients, including focus customer coverage; this includes primary coverage of existing clients as well as generating growth in new target clients.
