Job Description

Are you passionate about sharing Jesus and encouraging the next generation in their faith journey? This role blends school-based discipleship with the energy of camps.

  • You will be part of a team that visits schools regularly, partners with other teams at school Christian events, and leads educational camps for assigned schools.
  • Key responsibilities include visiting and speaking at 10 assigned schools every term, connecting with students through CRU Groups, chapels, and inter-school events, and preaching the gospel to hundreds or thousands of students each term.

This is an exciting opportunity to reach students for Christ and help them follow Him by regularly going to where they are – at school. Camps create space for deep conversations, real community, and life-changing gospel moments.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Visit and speak at 10 assigned schools every term.
  2. Connect with students through CRU Groups, chapels, and inter-school events.
  3. Preach the gospel to hundreds or thousands of students each term.
  4. Be on team for CRU Educational Camps connected to your schools.
  5. Grow through tailored training focused on preparing and delivering Bible talks.
