Job Title: Food Process Worker

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated food process workers to join our production team.

As a food process worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong work ethic and are able to lift heavy objects while working well within a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food processing or related industries as it is considered an advantage. However, we encourage all qualified applicants to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform repetitive lifting, processing, and packing tasks
  • Work in cold environments and handle raw meat products
  • Meet productivity targets and maintain a high level of quality control
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current driver's license and own vehicle (for some roles)
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Demonstrated eagerness for work with a strong work history
  • Able to do repetitive lifting and processing work
  • Happy to work in cold environments and handle raw meat products

Bonus Incentives:

  • $500 bonus after one month of employment
  • $500 bonus after three months of employment

Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday roles with steady hours and potential overtime
  • Some roles may lead to permanent positions
  • Locally situated in the Western Suburbs
  • Day shifts (6am starts) and afternoon shifts (3:30PM starts) PLUS overtime where required
