Senior Retail Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Retail Specialist to join our team at Birkenhead Point Factory Outlet in NSW.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective visual merchandising and inventory management.

  • Achieve store targets by fostering an active selling environment and promoting a culture of excellence among team members.
  • Represent the adidas brand and company values by providing outstanding service, leading by example, and inspiring colleagues to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and ensure adequate shop floor replenishment.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance team performance, improve productivity, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieving Store Targets: Assist the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store.

Role Modelling: Role model our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.

Visual Merchandising: Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.

Team Development: Develop and execute strategies to enhance team performance, improve productivity, and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in retail leadership roles, preferably in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and high level of attention to detail.

Certifications: None specified.

Education: Relevant qualification in retail management or equivalent.
