Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, with a rate of $42.08 - $63.86 per hour, plus superannuation. You will also receive 50% discount off your childcare gap fees and up to 6 weeks paid parental leave.

Job Description

As an Early Childhood Teacher at our centre, you will be responsible for planning and implementing educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 0-5 years. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create a stimulating learning environment that promotes exploration, creativity, and critical thinking.

You will be expected to develop and maintain positive relationships with families, ensuring open communication and a strong sense of belonging among all stakeholders. Your role will also involve mentoring and guiding colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes for our children.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young children, shaping their learning journey and inspiring them to reach their full potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification. You must also hold a current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification, as well as active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
