Support Professional

We are seeking a Support Professional to provide quality support services to individuals with disabilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and assistance to clients.

About the Role:

  • Assist clients to access community programs and participate in social activities
  • Provide daily living assistance and personal care
  • Develop and implement individualised plans to meet client needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Disability or related field (or currently studying)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Reliable and responsible attitude towards work
  • Current driver's license and access to vehicle with comprehensive insurance
