Senior Program Director

This strategic role reports directly to the CEO and oversees program growth and innovation across Seniors Law and Self-Representation Law.
Key Responsibilities- Drive program expansion and improvement to enhance outcomes for older people, self-represented litigants, and communities.
- Strengthen partnerships with health organizations, aged care providers, courts, tribunals, and regulators.
- Embed human-centred design, digital transformation, and lived experience in service delivery.
- Lead a team of managers and lawyers, fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
- Manage workforce planning, risk, and funding relationships with government and philanthropic partners.
- Contribute to the organization's broader strategic and reform agenda as a member of the executive leadership team.
- A law degree and eligibility to practice law in Australia (preferred).
- 5+ years post-admission experience, ideally in public interest, civil justice, elder law, or community legal practice.
- Proven leadership in program development, service delivery, evaluation, and growth.
- Experience collaborating with courts, regulators, funders, and community partners.
- Strong track record managing diverse teams, budgets, and funding arrangements.
- A people-first leadership style that balances cultural reset, performance accountability, and inspiration.
- Alignment with the organization's social justice mission and values.
