We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Outer Eastern Melbourne, providing life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants across the lifespan.

Salary and BenefitsThis full-time position offers a competitive salary package, including attractive remuneration (estimated at $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience), plus additional benefits such as vehicle options, laptop, phone, and performance and loyalty bonuses.
Job DescriptionAs an Occupational Therapist at Everyday Independence, you will:
- Work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres
- Utilise evidence-based measurement tools to create therapy plans and provide life-changing occupational therapy to support participants in achieving their goals and maximising NDIS funding
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals
- Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends)
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- General AHPRA Registration
- A positive and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Commitment to personal and professional development
