We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our elderly residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering direct clinical nursing care in line with best practice procedures, guiding Care Companions and Household Coordinators, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Nursing Care: Provide exceptional care to residents according to established nursing protocols, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Leadership: Guide and support Care Companions and Household Coordinators to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to policies and procedures, protecting yourself, colleagues, and residents.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for aged care and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
  • AHPRA registration after completing a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards.
  • Excellent coaching/training and conflict resolution skills.
  • Possess strong communication and IT skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
