Early Childhood Educator Role

As a Casual Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to young children.

Engage in interactive play and educational activities with children. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Collaborate with the team to plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians. Assist in daily routines, including meal times, naps, and nappy changes.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a genuine love for working with children and the ability to work effectively in a team. Flexibility and adaptability to a casual work schedule are essential.

Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
  • Current Working with Children Check
