We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef Manager to lead our catering department and oversee all food services personnel within our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, delivering, monitoring, and evaluating our Food Safety Program, ensuring that our catering department operates within all formal accreditation standards and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in residential aged care, people management, computer literacy, and trade cook certification or equivalent. They must also possess a current Food Safety Supervisor's Certificate, experience in hospitality, and a National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
