Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Patternmaker to lead the creation, maintenance, and integrity of uniform patterns for the Australian Defence Force (ADF).
This role involves owning the patternmaking process, including pattern creation, grading, adjustments, and marker checks.
The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in garment construction and pattern development, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end patternmaking process using Gerber (v12+), ensuring garments meet strict specification, fit, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Pattern creation, grading, adjustments, and marker checks using Gerber v12+
- Auditing and maintaining baseline patterns to ensure accuracy and alignment with garment specifications and size charts
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in patternmaking, grading, garment fitting, and spec development
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
