About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate sales team members to join our dynamic team at JB Hi-Fi's Strand Arcade store in Sydney CBD. As a Christmas Casual Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sell products and services to customers, achieving or exceeding sales targets and promoting new and existing product lines.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services, staying up-to-date with new releases and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and create a positive in-store environment.

What You'll Need:

  • A passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during the peak trading period.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
