Job Overview

This role is responsible for all day-to-day elements of running the grill section of a Mad Mex Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking Mad Mex production according to menu guidelines and secret recipes while adhering to food preparation procedures, cooking times, and hygiene safety standards.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about food, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and cooking Mad Mex production according to menu guidelines and secret recipes;
  • Adhering to food preparation procedures, cooking times, and hygiene safety standards;
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive experience in the restaurant;
