About the Role:

Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • 1+ year experience as a HCP case manager.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or equivalent).

  • Clinical expertise: Proven experience in providing direct client care and ensuring safety.
  • Ability to develop and implement organizational and client-focused documentation.
