About the Role

Peter Mac is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Radiology Fellow to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of improving cancer care and research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform image-guided procedures and report diagnostic studies with accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with clinicians to promote multi-disciplinary principles of practice and high standards of patient-centered care
  • Develop and maintain expertise in specialist oncological imaging in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Contribute to the development of radiation safety and quality assurance protocols
Requirements
  • Medical registration with AHPRA
  • Successful completion of Part 2 FRANZCR exams
  • Satisfactory completion of four years of training towards the Fellowship of the RANZCR (Diagnostic Radiology) in a recognized training program, or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, relatives of patients, referring practitioners, and other members of the community
