Top Sales Performance Executive

The successful candidate will spearhead our equipment sales division, capitalizing on government infrastructure investments and extensive construction project pipelines. This role offers exciting opportunities to build market share and uphold our vision and values.
About the Role:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- ID and target key markets and customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Regularly engage with customers through follow-ups and visits to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation of equipment.
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions via our CRM system.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales, preferably in the construction, civil, mining, or government sectors.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets with a substantial database of existing customers in key market segments.
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
