Digital Campaign Manager

We're seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to take ownership of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Instagram.
This role involves developing and overseeing creative strategies that drive measurable results, briefing and implementing video, motion, and still content that aligns with campaign goals and brand tone.
- Drive growth by analysing competitor activity and market trends to fuel new ideas, building out a pipeline of creative concepts to test weekly across multiple verticals.
- Maximise engagement and conversions using UGC and influencer-style content, while managing budgets and optimising performance against CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets.
As a successful Lead Generation Specialist, you will respond to ad comments and community interactions in ways that educate, engage, and push leads further down the funnel.
Requirements- 2+ years' experience managing paid social campaigns - Meta and TikTok are essential.
- Agency experience with hands-on campaign management and client-facing work.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience tracking CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Proven experience with lead generation campaigns across multiple industries.
- Understanding of creative strategy, including UGC and influencer-style content.
Full working rights in Australia (PR, Citizen, or ongoing visa) and a proactive, detail-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once are required.
