Warehouse Supervisor

As a warehouse supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the export logistics department. Working closely with the export DC manager and purchasing team, your primary responsibilities include managing and maintaining the warehouse to a high standard, including all cleaning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure optimal warehouse conditions through regular inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Control pallets and optimize storage space.
  • Assist with consolidation tasks and manage inventory levels.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
  • Communicate effectively with personnel across both export and domestic divisions.
  • Utilize high-level computing skills, specifically knowledge of MS systems and spreadsheets.

Requirements:

  • Be physically fit due to the physical demands of the role.
  • Exhibit a proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
