About this role

Job Summary

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Domestic Service Assistants. In this role, you will have the opportunity to bring joy to our residents' day by providing exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain high standards of hygiene in a home-like environment
  • Clean carpets throughout the facility using a carpet cleaner
  • Clean residents' rooms, including ensuites, furniture, and equipment, as necessary, and communal and administrative areas
  • Maintain common living spaces, hallways, and all other areas of the facility in a clean, tidy, and safe condition
  • Ensure the safe storage, security, and labelling of cleaning materials in accordance with MSDS guidelines, in consultation with the Residential Services Manager
  • Replenish cleaning supplies while observing safety procedures
Requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including effective communication and empathy
  • Patient and able to work independently
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to operate with discretion and maintain complete confidentiality
