The RoleYou will lead and drive an in-store experience that helps make each store the local donation center of choice. As a Sydney Donation Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring the growth and uninterrupted flow of donations made to non-profit partners at our stores in Sydney.
- Coach team members to provide exceptional customer service during the donation process.
- Network within the local community to grow our donor base and create awareness of the donation centers.
- Promote the work of charity partners and highlight their impact.
- Embody our purpose to Champion Reuse and inspire others to do the same.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in marketing, sales, or business or equivalent experience.
- Takes ownership of everything you do, with a strong sense of accountability.
