We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Chef to join our passionate kitchen team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will prepare and cook high-quality dishes, assist the Head Chef with menu planning and food preparation, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Requirements:

  • Full working rights and availability to work nights and weekends.
  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for simple food made from quality ingredients and the ability to work in a lively bar environment. We serve dinner from Wednesday to Sunday and lunch on weekends, focusing on seasonal menus.
