**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly experienced MSP Program Director to lead our workforce operations in Queensland. As the Head of Workforce Operations – QLD, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team to deliver seamless workforce operations, driving strategic insights & innovation to modernize program management, and ensuring flawless execution of staffing solutions, supplier management & compliance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a high-performing MSP team to deliver exceptional results.
- Drive strategic insights & innovation to modernize program management.
- Ensure flawless execution of staffing solutions, supplier management & compliance.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to optimize workforce performance & planning.
- Harness data & analytics to enhance reporting, billing, and strategic decision-making.
**Requirements:**
- 10+ years of experience in MSP, Staffing, HR, or Procurement.
- Strong leadership skills in managing service level agreements (SLAs) & key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Expertise in VMS (SAP Fieldglass preferred), workforce solutions, & vendor optimization.
- Ability to drive process improvements and implement cutting-edge workforce strategies.
