Job Overview:We seek an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse to provide high-quality care in our aged care setting.
Responsibilities:- Deliver quality clinical nursing care to residents with a focus on person-centred care.
- Engage with residents and staff to plan and deliver holistic care services.
- Mentor Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers while demonstrating leadership skills.
- Promote compliance with quality standards and internal policies.
- Contribute to audits, assessments, and care plan reviews.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Residential Care Manager to support daily operations.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA).
- Strong knowledge of aged-related health issues.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage teams and promote a culture of quality care.
- Strong documentation and IT literacy.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Current National Police Check.
- Valid Driver's Licence.
- Experience in aged care or residential services.
- Postgraduate qualifications in aged care or related fields.
- Italian language skills (valued but not essential).
- Full-time stability with leadership opportunities.
