Job Overview

This role is a key contributor to strengthening risk and compliance capabilities across Retail Operations, with a focus on enhancing the control environment in Everyday Banking Operations.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering high-impact risk advisory services across three critical areas: Risk Advisory & Change Management, Operational Risk & Compliance, and Risk Reporting & Governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to Everyday Banking Operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on operational risk and compliance matters, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement robust risk reporting and governance frameworks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, audit, or compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
