About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Retail Assistant to join our OPSM team. As a Retail Assistant, you will be involved in the customer's journey from initial consult and pre-testing to customising high-fashion frames to suit their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Assist customers in selecting the right frames and lenses
  • Customise high-fashion frames to suit customers' lifestyles
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and technologies
