About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our transformational projects and teams. As a key member of our RNR CONSTRUCTION LLC team, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and managing construction projects across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan construction projects to ensure timely completion and within budget
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including contractors, shopfitters, and equipment project managers, to ensure safety, time, cost, and quality
  • Minimize project impacts on store performance and ensure project lifecycle is delivered on time and to budget
  • Manage financial position of projects, including cost reporting, forecasting, and variation management
  • Oversee construction, attend construction meetings, finalize contracts, and arrange agreements between parties
  • Manage appointed contractors, including site safety and resolving on-site issues
  • Undertake timely project closeouts, conduct built quality inspections, and manage financial matters
Requirements
  • Strong experience in Construction Project Management in an end-to-end capacity
  • Experience in a variety of environments, including retail supermarket environments and property
  • Strong understanding of construction management methodology and principles
  • Qualifications in Construction Management or a construction-based trade background is an advantage
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring a team is desired but not essential
  • Flexibility to travel to regional locations for site meetings and inspections
  • Construction industry white card and driver's license
