We are looking for a Transaction Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our payments group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer transactions.

About the Role

Our ideal candidate will have experience in transaction analysis and reconciliation, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.

  • Monitor and investigate any discrepancies in customer transactions
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve transaction processing efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of experience in transaction analysis or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
