Imaging Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Radiographer to take the next step in their career as a full-time Imaging Services Manager at our clinics.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to lead and manage our imaging services, ensuring we maintain a high-quality, efficient service.

About the Role:
  • Maintain a high-quality, efficient imaging service in general radiography
  • Provide assistance in day-to-day management of general radiography
  • Ensure correct and safe imaging techniques are adhered to
  • Identify and implement general radiography service provision improvements
  • Coordinate and supervise University and Work Experience student programs for our clinics
  • Other duties as directed by Site Supervisor or Regional Manager, from time to time
Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High-level communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated team leadership skills, with a willingness to be part of and manage a professional imaging team
  • Ability to add value through a continuous improvement mindset for a professional imaging team
  • Ability to effectively liaise with a range of internal stakeholders
  • Current AHPRA registration and Radiation Use Licence
  • Driver's licence as required to travel between sites
