About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate and Projects Lawyer to join our team at Corrs Chambers Westgarth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a broader team of high-quality lawyers on large and complex deals
  • Conduct critical thinking and be self-motivated
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Experience in or desire to work on the tenure aspects of infrastructure and renewables projects in Western Australia and the Northern Territory
  • Experience in or desire to work for clients on mixed-use, residential, commercial, and industrial property development and redevelopment, joint ventures, capital transactions, and acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial, pastoral, agricultural, and tourism assets
  • Understanding of all types of land tenure
  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing documents and completing transactions of all types and sizes
  • Experience with sales, purchases, leases, easements, options, and license agreements
  • Conducting property due diligence
