About the Opportunity

This high-end dental practice in Castle Hill offers a rare chance for a senior dentist to take over the books of an outgoing colleague who is relocating interstate. The practice has an enviable reputation for cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry, attracting a primarily affluent patient base with a premium fee schedule.

As a senior dentist at this practice, you will have the opportunity to work with a state-of-the-art 5-chair setup, equipped with CBCT, intraoral scanners, and CEREC milling machines. You will also be supported by a loyal team of hygienists and treatment coordinators.

The practice offers flexibility, allowing you to start on either 2, 2.5, or 3 days per week. This provides an excellent work-life balance while still allowing you to maintain a busy book with quality patients.

About You

We are seeking a high-performing, growth-oriented senior dentist with at least 4-5 years of experience. As a senior dentist in our practice, you will need to have:

  • A passion and joy for dentistry.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Extensive experience with veneers, prosthetic, and endodontics/root canals.
  • Experience with implants, with a willingness to continue developing your skills.

  • AHPRA registration without conditions.
  • Current professional indemnity insurance.
  • Growth mindset and a commitment to ongoing learning and improvement.

Salary Range

$150,000.00 – $350,000.00 per year, based on experience and performance.
