About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bus Driver to join our team at Busways Group. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring passengers have a positive experience
  • Operate a bus in a variety of conditions, including peak hour traffic and inclement weather
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and management
Requirements
  • A current and valid Medium Rigid or above driver's licence
  • A good driving history
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical check, criminal history check, and working with children check
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
