About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fresh Convenience Team Member to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our sales and inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and other areas as required.
- Support our sales and inventory management processes, including receiving and stocking merchandise, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
