In-Home Care Support Worker
About the RoleWe are seeking compassionate individuals to provide personalized care and support to aged care clients within their own homes.
- Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be empathetic and understanding, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
This role offers the opportunity to enhance the lives of our clients and make a meaningful difference in your community.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one care and support to aged care clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with grocery shopping
- Accompany clients on outings and engage in activities that promote socialization and mental stimulation
- Excellent communication skills
- Empathy and understanding
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Please note that this is a casual/vacation role, and applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
