Senior Associate Position

We are seeking a senior associate to join our Workplace Relations team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on all aspects of industrial relations, employment, discrimination, and workplace health and safety matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on industrial relations, employment, and workplace health and safety matters;
- Litigating in various Courts and Tribunals;
- Providing strategic advice on human rights and social responsibility issues;
- Serving as a key member of the Workplace Relations team;
- Developing business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years PQE with demonstrated experience in a senior associate role;
- Strong experience working across employment law and industrial relations matters;
- Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and within a team to manage a robust workload;
- Experience in supervision and mentoring of junior staff;
- A high degree of initiative, dedication, and commitment to client service.
