About the Position:

We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance & Investor Relations to lead long-term strategic planning, drive investment initiatives, and oversee financial strategy in alignment with company goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial strategy, corporate development, negotiating transactions, and investor interactions, with the ability to translate complex business and pipeline information into compelling narratives for the financial community.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic leadership and analysis on financing plans and evaluating and supporting transactions.
  • Collaborating with senior management to drive corporate strategy, identify investment opportunities, and support business growth.
  • Developing and utilizing forward-looking, predictive models and activity-based financial analyses to provide insight into the organization's operations and business plans.

Requirements:

  • Advanced scientific degree preferred, with an MBA being a plus.
  • 15+ years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, focusing on corporate development, portfolio strategy, and financial management.
  • Proven track record of structuring, negotiating, and closing strategic transactions, with expertise in financial analysis, corporate valuation, and deal structuring.
