Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality personalized care to our valued aged care residents, including showering, dressing, and assisting with eating and social activities.
  • Support residents in living life to its fullest by promoting independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure care plans are followed and residents' health and well-being are optimized.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a safe and home-like environment.
  • Provide exceptional service to families and the community.
Requirements
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent) with 12 months active experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
  • Ability to provide evidence of Covid Vaccination.
  • Willingness to apply for NDIS clearance.
