ALS Graduate Program

At ALS, we're committed to empowering the next generation of scientists to drive innovation and excellence in the field of coal analysis. Our two-year graduate program is designed to provide recent or upcoming science graduates with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to succeed in a global market.

The program is built around a series of rotations, covering areas such as coal basics, sample preparation, laboratory skills in moisture, ash analysis, volatiles, wet chemistry, trace analysis, and production reporting. You'll have the opportunity to work in multidisciplinary environments, develop your project management skills, and contribute to the success of our global team.

Requirements

To be eligible for the program, you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid working visa. A pre-employment medical exam, including a drug and alcohol assessment, is also required as part of the selection process.
