Lead Pharmacist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to lead our team in Armidale.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist to take on a leadership role in our pharmacy group. As Lead Pharmacist, you will be responsible for managing a small team and working closely with them to deliver excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a small team of pharmacists and support staff.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD or MPharm).
  • Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.
