The Role
We are seeking a Full Time Retail Assistant to join our fantastic team at Repco Halls Head. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating lasting impressions for our customers
- Building effective customer relationships and being the helpful person to talk to
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure the success of the store
- Having a safety mindset and constantly striving to provide the safest work environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Be passionate about customer service and have a genuine interest in automotive
- Demonstrate friendly, helpful, and confident interpersonal skills
- Have a positive mindset and often take initiative
- Be available to work on a Sunday to Thursday roster, with overtime available
- Hold a valid driver's licence (essential)
