About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging curriculum programs in Science, aligned with the NSW curriculum.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
  • Assess and report student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support student growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote academic excellence and student well-being.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date with best practices in education.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

  • Expertise and passion for teaching Science, with a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications and accreditation to teach in NSW.
  • Demonstrated ability to use technology to inform, track, and report learning.
  • Highly effective organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
