Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Seaford Rise in Adelaide, South Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs to children aged 0-5 years.
Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on qualifications and experience.
Job Description:
As an Early Childhood Educator at Goodstart Seaford Rise, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly skilled and dedicated team of educators to deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences for children. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assessing and reporting on child progress and contributing to ongoing program development
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment that promotes physical, emotional, and social well-being
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and have strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. A current Working with Children Check is also required.
